RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Our online footwear brand is thrilled to offer a complimentary returns collection service to all customers, provided their purchases adhere to our Returns Policy. You have a 10-day window from the receipt of your order to inform us if you'd like to return or exchange items. To kick-start the process, please follow the outlined steps below.

For exchanges, our brand facilitates free exchanges, contingent on stock availability and adherence to our returns policy.

To initiate an exchange, you can contact us, and we will collect your previously bought pair of shoes and exchange them for a new one of your choice. 

Once we receive the original item, it will undergo processing as per our Returns Policy. The exchange order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, accompanied by a confirmation.

It is important to note that our return and exchange policy doesn’t support swaps for different colors or styles. We recommend returning your purchase for a refund in such cases. Please be aware that our return and exchange policy permits one size or design exchange for any purchased items.

Regarding our Return Policy, we aim to provide a hassle-frее experience, ensuring prompt refund processing. We present an option for returns and exchanges: you can contact us via message or call and we will collect your return item. Upon receiving your return, we meticulously inspect it in line with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, еxpеct your refund within 3-5 working days.

Remember, all items must be returned in new, unused condition with tags attached. Specifically for shoes, the return or exchange necessitates the original, undamaged shoe box, as it's dееmеd an integral part of the product.
